PSP sets itself apart from most real estate companies by branching out into different key industries. Working along side our financial advisors we look to eliminate the risk factors to our investors.
- In 2007 we opened our sister company Snow White Experiences to promote holidays to our projects.
- In Finland we recently opened our excursions company to work alongside our holiday company. It caters for snowmobiles, trips, huskies, reindeer rides and Santa Claus.
- Our projects are exclusive which give us rental rights as well as management rights.
- Our projects are linked together in Finland under the Snowwhite branding. This helps make a strong recognized hotel chain, which in turn helps to increase resale values.
- Currently we are working with several companies to look at the possibility of forming our own Financial Solutions Company.
- We are also in the near future looking to become the developer as well as the real estate agent.
