Also summer outdoor activities are widely available. Levi also is the official home of Santa Claus, making it a perfect family destination which has, unlike most alpine ski resorts, so much more to offer than just skiing.
Because of its location within the Artic circle, Levi offers the best snow conditions and one of the longest ski-seasons with guaranteed snow for 6 months of the year.
A 200 million Euro investment is going into Levi improving and developing the area and its infrastructure.

Over the last 10 years property prices have appreciated over 280%, and there is still high growth in the market. With strict building regulations, the Finnish government keeps an eye on the construction activities in the area.
